DARRAN Furniture Awarded Best of NeoCon Competition and NeoCon Gold

We are excited to announce that DARRAN Furniture won the prestigious award for Best of Competition and NeoCon Gold in the Furniture Systems + Enhancements Category for BEst of NeoCon. It is such a wonderful moment, especially for those who have worked so increidbly hard to get the Honey collection where it is today! Designers Christopher Wright and Mark Müller designed such an innovative and thoughtful collection!

Following the announcement, the showroom was all a buzz with designers, dealers, and end users circling the showroom that displayed multiple configurations of the biophilic panel system. Mobile, height adjustable, fixed height, storage, lounge .. Honey can help you feel at home no matter how you work.

Meet Cora by SitOnIt Seating

With expert insight from Certified Healthcare Interior Designers (CHID), Cora was designed to withstand the high demands of our modern spaces. It’s a research-driven solution engeinered for cleanability, reliability and durability – while ensuring central comfort and cohesion across every model!

Cora is a high performance solution for multiple environments, including healthcare, education, corporate and more! The curated collection not only meets the needs of these environments, but also fits an array of users. An array of weight capacity warranties fit within the Cora collection – guest model (500lbs), midsize model (600lbs) and bariatric model (750lbs). Cora also blends well with multiple SitOnIt Seating collections, including Pasea and Rio, above, and the Tensor table shown in the last photo, below.

The wall saver frame keeps things fresh, preventing scuffs and marks on walls and keeping upholstery clean. Looped arms are streamlined yet wide enough to sit down and get up with ease. This easy to maintain chair also features a clean-out space and field-replaceable components, including the seat and back.

DARRAN Launches Honey

We see that work environments with natural elements lead to a higher level of well being and productivity, which is an important consideration for business in terms of responsibility to its employees and its own bottom line. By embracing biophilic design, Honey workspace furniture addresses the needs of individual users, their varied work styles, privacy and of course, well-being.

The space-efficient 120 degree planning grid creates a flowing geometry that meanders through a room with endless possibilities for configuring the workspace. Honey panels are soft and rounded with compound curved surfaces. The panel height of 55″ gives the right amount of visual and sound privacy without overwhelming the space.

Honey offers open and closed collaborative zones, meeting spaces, lounge, or desking in sitting, standing, or height adjustable, adapting to the way you work. In addition to work space, Honey has a collection of storage and lounge products that compliment the soft lines of the workspace furniture. Thoughtfully designed, this collection integrates an open base with height adjustable bases integrated into the panel promoting a light feeling and tidy lines.

SitOnIt Seating: One Place, Every Space

We are thrilled to share that SitOnIt Seating, Ideon and Symmetry have combined into one brand under the SitOnIt Seating brand! This fantastic news supports the Sell the Room initiative, supporting a variety of products beyond categories and across rooms.

All products, including IDEON lounge collections, Symmetry workstation solutions, will now be available from SitOnIt Seating. You’ll notice that ChairBuilder has expanded to include all products, as well, now known as ChairBuilder+ greatly simplifying specification and product bundling.

The SitOnIt Seating website has also grown to include planning typicals for corporate, healthcare and education in both standard and socially distanced floor plans.

Interior Design’s HiP Awards at NeoCon honors industry people and innovative products. EdgeWorks flexible meeting tables by DARRAN are honorees in the workplace: Work/Training Tables Category.

Symmetry – Sector

Symmetry offers the widest selection of brackets and materials with their Sector screens. From clear and frosted acrylic to fabric dividers, Sector screens allow you to stay social and service-oriented while keeping a safe distance. Screens can be panel mounted, adjustable in height, or edge mounted to protect worksurfaces from holes .. and more! Making Privacy Simple Ecoprivacy Acoustic

MPS has a collection of acoustic dividers developed to help you get back to work and create space, without creating more opportunities for distraction. It can be difficult to social distance in an open space and using hard surfaces to create separation can compromise accoustic comfort. The acoustic dividers from MPS are a simple way to put a physical barrier between employees who work near each other in a desking or benching environment without sacrificing acoustic comfort.

Claridge Divider Screens

Claridge Products offers a wealth of screen options from mobile to stationary, dividing space with freestanding boards in glass, porcelain or even fabric! Most dividers can accomodate 72″ heights coming in 30″, 36″ and 48″ widths. Some will gang together while others will add a contemporary twist on space division. New to Claridge is the opportunity to cut a “temperature reading” opening into your screen. Quickly and easily assess an empolyee’s temperature with as little face to fact contact as possible!

Berco Designs + Oasis Berco Desk Masks

Chameleon by DARRAN Furniture

Chameleon is a curated collection of desking, simple storage and screen solutions that are easy to configure and personalize from a hand-selected palette of wood, felt and acoustic materials.

Like its namesake, Chameleon captures the essence of adaptability. Chameleon is suited to outfit an entire workplace, from making impressions in executive suites to modernizing mobile work terminals. Mark Müller’s design makes the most of your space by supporting private office, touch down stations, meeting areas and cafes with a coordinating selection of seating options. Rounded corners, organic shapes and cushions perfectly balance comfort and productivity.

The strength of Chameleon is that it can be all things depending on specification. The system is configured with desks and storage to connect tasking and teaming. Table desks with solid wood legs are available in a range of fixed heights that gang together or overlaid on credenzas of varying elevations. Stackable units and lean lines create levels of elevation while subtly defining personal space.

Divide space with mobile screens that accommodate a range of colors and materials from markerboards to tackable fabrics. Trinity Furniture’s Latest

Trinity Furniture has introduced several new products this year! Bringing their product offering full circle, they now span from traditional and transitional into contemporary office furniture. When considering what to bring to market, the Trinity Furniture team stayed true to their commitment to their mission and values, incorporating environmental sustainability into well-designed furniture in the most responsible way possible.

S avoye –

Inspired by the Le Corbusier’s Villa Savoye located just outside of Paris, France, the Savoye Collection embodies many of those same modern architectural characteristics. The design portrays a delicate floating body supported by an almost vanishing base. Both lounge + table units consist of simplified, clean forms scaled and proportioned to give a light, very spatial and minimalistic aesthetic. This collection consists of club chairs, start-center-corner-end, sofa and both off modular and free standing table pieces.

Vroom –

Seemingly plucked from the interior of an exotic race car, Trinity’s new Vroom seating is visually stimulating and impeccably tailored. Its cradle of molded high resilient polyurethane foam is reinforced with structural steel for superior comfort and all-day seating support. A wide selection of standard metal and wood bases are available to suit any seating requirement.

Ziggy –

Ziggy continues our race toward new products with a cute bucket-style seat. The new Ziggy chair is thoughtfully designed with the same stunning tailoring and attention to detail as it’s friend Vroom. A wide selection of standard metal and wood bases are available to suit any seating requirement. Specify this chair with a cleanout or without.

Vroom is a recent big winner with Contract Office Marketing with over 25 chairs on the project! Why did Vroom beat out the competition? Comfort, customization and price point! We have both Ziggy and Vroom available as samples in our showroom.
